    random restarts and bsod's

This started about a week ago. No new hardware or software installed and windows is up to date. At times, the computer freezes and after maybe 10 seconds, it restarts. Or it bsod's. If I am fast enough I can photo the stop codes. Some are: system thread exception not handled, kmode exception not handled, irq not less than equal, system service exception. Non of these show a fault code. I downloaded the v2 lof collector, but it doesn't download as a .zip and I can't run it. I ran the /scannnow and windows memory check and both showed no issues. I also ran the dism......./resrorehealth and got 0x800f081f code. I'm lost as to what to do next
    My build:
    win 10 pro 64bit version 22h2 osbuild 19045.2364
    corsair vengence16gb lpx@3200 mt/s memory
    amd ryzen 5 3400g cpu
    crucial P5 1TB 3D nand nvme internal ssd, 3400 mb/s - CT1000P5SSD8 ssd
asrock b450m-hdv r4.0 am4 amd promontory b450 sata 6Gb/s micro atx amd motherboad mobo
    phanteks eclipse p300 tg case
    evga 600w 100-w1-0600-k1 80+ pwr spply

    Thanks
    Mark

I downloaded it again and I got it to run. When I attempt to upload the file, a message bo appears saying "Upload of the file failed"

    - - - Updated - - -

Since my last post, it froze/blackscreened/ rebooted twice and bsod once with a different error message: resource not owned.

Never used dropbox before. Is this what you need?

    yep, thats it.

1st is a page fault in non paged area
    2nd was ms edge
3rd was norton and a stack over run
4th was aol desktop and a memory error (are you really using AOL??)
    5th is INVALID_IO_BOOST_STATE (13c)

    uninstall the following:
    Tweaking.com - Windows Repair

You have multiple antivirus, antimalware, etc installed.

Choose ONE antivirus, they never play well together running multiples.

Thanks you for you diagnosis. Anything I can do about 1,2, &3? Yes, I'm still on AOL. 30+ years with it and I wouldn't begin to know how to update everyone who has my email to another address. I'm using Norton 360. So I should remove malwarebytes and grindinsoft antimalware?
