The Logitech driver seems to fail attempting to build a MDL due to the memory portion in question not being locked which is a requirement for this to go through in this instance. The driver is indeed too old for Windows 10, preferably you want it to be a couple years more recent.
    Code:
    0: kd> lmvm WmXlCore
    Browse full module list
    start end module name
    fffff803`13420000 fffff803`13431480 WmXlCore T (no symbols)
        Loaded symbol image file: WmXlCore.sys
        Image path: \SystemRoot\system32\drivers\WmXlCore.sys
        Image name: WmXlCore.sys

I would recommend that you continue driver verifier after updating the Logitech driver.

    Thanks again for replies!
    1) Removed Logitech driver, no more BSOD every 30 minutes!!!! I am very happy that my PC is now more stable :) (I was using this driver because is the recommended by Logitech for my DFGT driving wheel -> Downloads - Driving Force GT – Logitech Support + Download . Newer driver is not supporting my wheel))
    2) Got a Kernel Security Check Failure 2 times when I run a VPN (Atlas VPN) and a game (7 Days to Die). Probably a bug to VPN program?
    3) Did a Driver Verifier again and post results below
