Hello csmdew
This could be a RAM issue.
This subtype is explained by Microsoft:Code:MEMORY_MANAGEMENT (1a) # Any other values for parameter 1 must be individually examined. Arguments: Arg1: 0000000000000031, The subtype of the BugCheck. Arg2: ffff908e21cd6280 Arg3: ffffc601d168c000 Arg4: ffffa18bb482b4ef
0x31; The image relocation fix-up table or code stream has been corrupted. This is probably a hardware error.
It would suggest the RAM might be faulty.
Run MemTest86+ to analyse your RAM. MemTest86+ - Test RAM - Windows 10 Forums
Note
MemTest86+ needs to be run for at least 8 complete passes for conclusive results. Set it running before you go to bed and leave it overnight. We're looking for zero errors here. Even a single error will indicate RAM failure.
Make a photo of the result and post it.
Addition:
If errors show up you can stop the test, remove all sticks but 1 and test this single stick in each slot for 8 passes or until errors show, switch sticks and repeat.
Thought about running mem test just after posting and turns out 1 stick is bad, doing rma on the 1 bad stick now and will just run pc with 8gb for now. Have some other ram but don't really want to mix unless have to. thanks for reading.
That seems to confirm the analysis - hope you get sent a matched replacement, alternatively they may want to replace both sticks so that they can be assured they are a matched pair.
Best wishes. You can mark this as solved or wait until you get the replacement and have tested for a day or two.
