Do you have a spare hard drive we could try?

You could also run a stress test on your Graphics card. Just be sure you have a good GPU Monitoring program and watch the temps very closely. If it get's too hot, stop the test. The temps will rise very high and very quickly until they level out and stop rising. Let it run until the temps level out, which should take just a few minutes. Also, watch for any artifacting during the test. But again, please keep a close watch on the temps. Run this test please FurMark - GPU Stress Test - Windows 10 Forums

My gpu rose until it capped at 67*c and didn't change for ten minutes, I didn't notice any artifacts.

Loiez, I apologize for not responding sooner. We have tries almost everything I can think of. If you would like to try Driver Verifier again or The DISM command again, we will work to try and get them to work. Failing that, the only other thing I know to try is a clean install on another good hard drive. If you would please download the ISO/USB file for the operating system you have installed from https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/soft...load/techbench, then let me know what you which way you want to go. I would like to try and give you some suggestions, whichever way you decide to go before you start.

Did you download the new ISO/USB file? Also, please follow this procedure when setting up Driver Verifier. Do not enable it on any Microsoft driver, but enable it on all non-Microsoft Drivers. Be absolutely certain to create a restore point before beginning.

Jut a thought. You could uninstall CCC and then try to block it from installing again with Microsoft's Windows Update Show Hide tool.
