    Turn off the computer, unplug all drives except the one you are installing to. When you get to 'where do you want to install windows', use the advanced options, delete every partition until the drive says unallocated. Next press the new button. Windows will create the partitions it needs, then start the install. Once you are booting OK with just the windows drive, shut down, reconnect the other drive, reboot and delete the partition on the second drive. Could you post a screenshot of Disk Management Disk Management - How to Post a Screenshot of - Windows 10 Forums.

    An MBR drive can only have 4 primary partitions. Let me look at the screenshot and see what the problem is.

    So, I take it that you are trying to extend drive F to the left to occupy the 101 MB space. Is that correct? If so, Disk Management will not shrink or extend partitions to the left, only to the right. Is that correct?

    I thought you did a clean install. What have you installed since the clean install?

    Code:
    Use !analyze -v to get detailed debugging information.

    APC_INDEX_MISMATCH (1)
    This is a kernel internal error. The most common reason to see this
    bugcheck is when a filesystem or a driver has a mismatched number of
    calls to disable and re-enable APCs. The key data item is the
    Thread->CombinedApcDisable field. This consists of two separate 16-bit
    fields, the SpecialApcDisable and the KernelApcDisable. A negative value
    of either indicates that a driver has disabled special or normal APCs
    (respectively) without re-enabling them; a positive value indicates that
    a driver has enabled special or normal APCs (respectively) too many times.
    Arguments:
    Arg1: 000000006c091e52, Address of system call function or worker routine
    Arg2: 0000000000000001, Thread->ApcStateIndex
    Arg3: 0000000000000000, (Thread->SpecialApcDisable << 16) | Thread->KernelApcDisable
    Arg4: ffffd00023312b80, Call type (0 - system call, 1 - worker routine)
