Frequent BSOD crashes, possibly related to Chrome

For quite a while I've experienced regular BSOD crashes, usually when using chrome/youtube, but not always. I've been unable to resolve the issue, I've tried updating drivers, memory tests, replacing my PSU. It could be a hardware issue but I'm not sure.

I don't remember every BSOD error but here are a few:
kernel auto boost lock acquisition with raised irql
    kernel security check failure
    irql_not_less_or_equal

I'm happy to provide more information, or try/retry any steps to fix the issue.

    Thank you

Have you checked your disk in CrystalDiskInfo S.M.A.R.T to make sure your disk is not crashing?
