    Persistent BSOD: ntoskrnl.exe+417d20

Hello! Thanks in advance for any help you're able to provide!

I have a PERSISTENT BSOD (as mentioned in the post title) at the specific address noted. It's been ongoing for months and months. It continues despite:

    1. Extensive memory diagnostics (RAM and hard drives)
    2. Extensive driver updates
    3. Swapping RAM
    4. Swapping HD
    5. Replacing video card
    6. Replacing PSU
    7. Updating MOBO BIOS
    8. Fresh OS install

    I'm at a complete loss.

Windows Version is: 10.0.22000 Build 22000

It seems like you have done eveything possible. but i have a couple idea's to check.
my question is when you changed psu did you use new cables?
next this may sound odd but and only do this if you use a ssd not a hdd drive ok. asumming you have your pc on a desk take your fist and bang the desk and see if the pc flickers or bsods. the resason i say that is to check if there is a micro crack in your mobo.
as a note i dont open zip files so i have not checked what is in your file.
since you have reinstalled the os. and have same issue it seems it must be hardware if none of the abvove shows or fixes i would be looking at cpu and try reseating it. or cpu issue. ? youve done everything right from what i can see. try what i mentioned above . if you have any overclocking try running default also and see if that helps. you have a new fresh install of windows so i cant see it being a corrupted ntoskrnl file. you could attempt a repair and dism /online /cleanup-image /restorehealth using cmd prompt. also keep checking for updates.

also take a look around the mobo and see if any caps have poped especially around the cpu. it will be slightly domed up if 1 has poped.

    Nt operating system kernel bsod

How did you test the memory? I question that because you say tested memory extensively but you say ram and hard drives, hard drives arent memory :)

Your blue screens are all over the place, msedge, irq not equal or, watchdog timeouts. My hunch is memory, maybe not bad memory but wrong speed?
    yeah i agree with tomdsr,
after looking through a pile here . i find irql interupt call driver thread errors, pile of memory errors , slow i/o timeouts . so in short im thinking memory issue unless there is a crack in the mobo between the ram and cpu northbridge related. theres alot going on here.

Sorry for the misnomer of the HD; I meant I'd tested RAM with the native Windows utility and I'd also run chkdsk on the HD.

RAM speed is DDR3200, which (as best I can tell) is what the MOBO is designed to support.

Nothing in the system is overclocked.

No flickers or bsods from the "fist bang" test.

What are "caps" on the MOBO?

I did use new cables with the new PSU.

im still looking at things when i have time. i see you have the balanced power plan and forcing throttling even at 100% . you should switch this too high performance power plan. since i see app crashes then blue screen. the one i see alot is lightingservice.exe which i assume is aura lighting which effects ram alot. try setting aura to static for now since you have throttling enabled. i highly recommend high performance with all the drives i see and a cam.
do you use phone link? since it crashes if not using right click and turn off and terminate proccess.
if i remember correctly your ram is running at 2666mhz which is ok for now (default) but go into your bios and set the ram voltage to the specified correct voltage if it is not set already. there may be a setting in the bios to step power down on ram i do not recomend power down. i personally run .05 higher for stability.

Are you using a ps-2 port?
also i see alot plugged into the usb ports and some are using HID generic drivers get all correct drivers.
in the bios look for your usb settings and set them from powering down also.
    lets start there.!

it looked as if you have your monitor or desktop set as stretch to fit which is not support giving your dell monitor connected as dvi is not supported. also try to get the dell monitor driver instead of generic pnp monitor.

HDR is not supported make sure youur gpu isnt set too use HDR

AMD SR4 lamplight Control . ill assume you have a rgb wraith? for this. if you have asus aura also there could be a software conflict.

    - - - Updated - - -

so if you have aura and AMD SR4 lamplight Control and lightingservice.exe all running would explain why lighting service app crashes then bluescreens.

    - - - Updated - - -

heres an example of aura. and how it interacts with ram and the rom chip. i have auro on another operating system as i dual boot 2. but the aura software is on the other os. so if want to change aura i boot into the other os and change it and then boot into win 10 and it stays the same since it programs the rom chip.

im still looking at things when i have time. i see you have the balanced power plan and forcing throttling even at 100% . you should switch this too high performance power plan. since i see app crashes then blue screen. the one i see alot is lightingservice.exe which i assume is aura lighting which effects ram alot. try setting aura to static for now since you have throttling enabled. i highly recommend high performance with all the drives i see and a cam.
do you use phone link? since it crashes if not using right click and turn off and terminate proccess.
if i remember correctly your ram is running at 2666mhz which is ok for now (default) but go into your bios and set the ram voltage to the specified correct voltage if it is not set already. there may be a setting in the bios to step power down on ram i do not recomend power down. i personally run .05 higher for stability.

Wow! Thanks so much for looking so deeply into this for me; I appreciate it tremendously!

Do you recommend doing all of the things you suggest at once or doing them incrementally?

Also, can you suggest where to efficiently find the OEM drivers for the items you mentioned?

Also, when I went into Device Manager I noticed the Ryzen drivers were flagged. Attached is a screenshot of that; any thoughts?Persistent BSOD: ntosjrbk,exe+417d20-ryzen-driver-alert.jpg

    Again . . . thanks SO much!

Update: got the processors' drivers sorted. Not sure if they had / could have had anything to do with my problems, but they're now not an issue.
