Getting BSOD at random times, PFN List Corrupt Error Message

Hello, I have been getting BSOD at random times. I just built my first pc a couple weeks ago and I have been getting these BSODs at random times and have tried countless fixes but none have worked. The BSODs occur either by plugging or unplugging usb ports on the case and it just crashing instantly or by shutting down my pc and instantly crashing. Every time I have received the same error message, "PFN_LIST_CORRUPT". I will link the zip file that was generated with the V2 Log Collector. I have tried almost every possible solution, with replacing the motherboard and ram and reinstalling windows and brand new gpu. No fixes have been successful so far. I really need help, please and thank you.

    I am running Windows 10 Pro, Version 21H2 (OS Build 19044, 1826)

I already did update my BIOS when I first was having this problem and it still kept happening after it was updated. I then fully reinstalled windows onto my pc and wiped the ssd that it was put on and it is still occurring after the reinstall. I believe that updating the BIOS unfortunately will not fix the problem as I already tried that fix.

However I did update the BIOS as requested.
