It seems that after doing the command, not driver verifier, has fixed the issue. I've not had any problems since running that. Thanks!

You are more than welcome. I hope your problem is resolved. If you haven't already, be sure to disable Driver Verifier. If you have any further problems, please come back.

Well, after a recent BSOD with this error, I am currently running Driver Verifier. A few questions:

    1) Will using dual monitors (laptop display + VGA monitor) cause this error?
    2) I am going to try to force the BSOD further by watching people on twitch since that's when it commonly occurs.

It shouldn't matter, I would think. You could try it both ways and see if it make a difference. If you get a BSOD, please upload the DM Log again.

So far nothing, which is bizarre. I'm quite confused as I'd think the verifier would cause a BSOD by now. I'm currently watching a stream on hitbox and nothing yet..

OK, I would let it run for 24 hours but no more than 48.

The verifier turned up no results.

We can continue trying several other things, but There is only one solution I believe will work, but it is not one that you would like. Try going to Your Manufacturer's web site and see if they have a Windows 10 driver for your card and the integrated graphics. Your drivers really need to come from the Manufacturer's site. Most OEM manufacturers alter their drivers so that a driver from any other web site will not work. Many times a Windows 8.1 driver will work in windows 10. Give that a try.

I'd already used one of the latest drivers for 8(.1) from the Toshiba site, which caused the TDR still. Right now I'm using my Nvidia gpu for everything while I can hopefully get a fix for this.

That's the alternative. Use either the Dedicated card or the On Board Graphics. Disable one and only use the other. The downside is, with just the on board graphics the graphics is not that good. If you don't use graphically intensive programs, it shouldn't matter much. If you use the Dedicated card, the graphics will be much better, but battery life will suffer. That is the only solution most of us have found for the TDR error with switchable Graphics. Both AMD and Nvidia have the same problem, but it seems that the Nvidia is easier to deal with. The idea of switchable graphics was very good. The implementation of it was quite bad.
