    Many Blue Screen of Deaths

Recently I have just upgraded my RAM due to lots of Blue Screen of Deaths(BSoD) that have been occurring for several months. I have dealt with it for a very long time and I finally managed to get an entire new set of RAM. I went from "G.Skill Ripjaws V 16GB(2x8) DDR4-3600Mhz" RAM to my new RAM which I use, "Corsair Vengeance RGB Pro 16GB(2x8) DDR4-3200Mhz."

I used "memtest86" for all of my testing where I diagnosed my old RAM having 1 stick that was faulty. So from there, I recently bought new RAM and installed it and I did a full memtest on my new RAM. Day 1, everything turns out completely fine with 0 errors about the RAM or the CPU.

24 hours goes by and I start having a bit of micro-stutters while using my PC whether I was playing a game or just browsing on Google Chrome, I noticed stutters(the stutters start randomly and stop after a while). That caused me to be suspicious as if maybe my new RAM is somehow faulty the next day. So I do a memtest yet again and then only 1 minute into the memtest it shows:
    ">Test: 4 Addr: B1CF0610 Expected: F7F7F7F7 Actual: F7F7F6F7 CPU: 5"

Notice the "CPU" error? This is apparently rare. During the test it never displayed any memory errors, now we're onto a new problem - the CPU(or Motherboard?).
I've done loads and loads of memtest's in the past month and NONE have ever shown an error with the CPU. What gives? The day I got my new RAM(ONLY 2 DAYS AGO), I ran a test and it passed the full memtest with NO errors, now all of sudden it's having problems with the CPU? I don't get it...

    Windows Version: 21H1 (OS Build 19043. 1706)

My Current BIOS Version: E7C02AMS.350, BIOS Build Date: 11/07/2019.
My BIOS is not up to date to the latest version, I never had any issues like this up until several months ago, so it wasn't a day 1 issue when I built my computer. When the first time these issues occurred several months ago, at any point I never messed with any cables or anything either. The issues just happened randomly for an unknown reason.

Apps that run on my PC all the time: Razer Synapse(The Old One), Razer Synapse(The New One), MSI Afterburner, VNC Server, GoXLR App, Lightshot, Discord, iCue.
