I had both modules put in the not recommended slots 1 and 3 instead of 2 and 4 at the moment of the test with the fail, i have being repeating test in 1-3 and 2-4 but 10+ passes and no errors.
Testing 2 modules at a time means that you don't know which one is faulty. However, these repeat tests are not showing a problem so it is a very confusing picture.

Once you have removed Afterburner I would forget about memtest and simply see if you can operate your system. If it still gives BSODs then operate with with a single RAM module and wait and see if one or the other gives rise to BSODs when playing games or using for other tasks. This might be a better way of testing if the BSODs happen quite regularly.

I did as you said and have being testing them separately, 1 of them gave me the same type of bsod that like always after 6h or so, the other one have being working like 2 days with no problems. This made me think that that single stick was the one causing problems, but just right now i got a new bsod different to the previous ones so now i don't know if this bsod is unrelated to hardware or what..., i am adding it to the GDrive, it is the SYSTEM_SERVICE_EXCEPTION from win32kbase.sys

That latest crash could still be related to a hardware memory issue.

    Code:
    SYSTEM_SERVICE_EXCEPTION (3b)
An exception happened while executing a system service routine.
    Arguments:
Arg1: 00000000c0000005, Exception code that caused the BugCheck
Arg2: ffffa79d11884f9c, Address of the instruction which caused the BugCheck
Arg3: ffffa5831af55cf0, Address of the context record for the exception that caused the BugCheck
    Arg4: 0000000000000000, zero.

    2: kd> !error C0000005
Error code: (NTSTATUS) 0xc0000005 (3221225477) - The instruction at 0x%p referenced memory at 0x%p. The memory could not be %s.

This means that the memory referenced was simply bad. If you look at the contect record you can see that the reference is ????.

    Code:
    CONTEXT: ffffa5831af55cf0 -- (.cxr 0xffffa5831af55cf0)

Do you have the option of trying new memory? If this does not fix the problem then it is more likely to be the motherboard slots that are the problem. I think you have tried the other slots but what you need to do is try a single RAM module in all the different slots to see if only one of the slots is faulty.

I think i found the problem, when some core go over some frequency it gives bsods, by default the frequency goes till 4.1 from the 3.6 base, i checked some oc on the motherboard that put it at 3.9 permanently and now i am not having problems, i have read about dissabling cores till found the faulty one but i dont find how to do it with the current motherboard (Asus PRIME B550-A)
