Daily BSOD (Can't run collector - Powershell in sysWOW64?)

I've been getting a BSOD at least once per day for a week now. I tried running the log-collector, but on my laptop powershell.exe is in C:\windows\sysWOW64\WindowsPowershell\V1.0. How might I run the collector script in this case? Thanks!

You also have a second powershell.exe in C:\Windows\System32 so log collector should work

    No 64 bit Powershell present

But that's the thing, I don't have the executable in system32, and no idea why. I do have PowerShell 7 installed; is there a way to invoke these scripts from within a running Powershell? Daily BSOD (Can't run collector - Powershell in sysWOW64?)-jddfbcil0z.png

I was able to run main.ps1 using powershell_ise. Here is a link to the logs:

Regarding BSoDs caused by Driver Verifier, do you have Symantec Endpoint Protection on your system?

Yes, it's a corporate laptop and they mandate it. Thanks.
