Uninstall the video driver first and then install the most recent version

    Hi tomdsr

Uninstall the video driver first and then install the most recent version
In display adapters i have these two:
    - AMD Radeon R5 M320
    - AMD Radeon R7 Graphics

I tried to uninstall the video drivers from the device manager, using "Uninstall device"
But after the restart, the driver come back in the list, and the version is still the same as before also after the uninstall

    Hi Jigen,

Have you meanwhile experienced another crash or was it just the one you mentioned in the first post?

    Hi axe0,

Yes, the computer hard freezes (random) but this problem is an old issue that i couldn't solve ( I've been trying to solve this for two years, tried another PSU, done many tests but never found a solution)

The crash in the first post is a new issue that i never had

    Hi,

Sorry for the delay in my response.

A hard freeze technically isn't a crash because Windows cannot respond to it. What have you tried so far to fix this hard freeze problem?

I take it you have not experienced another BSOD crash since the first post?

    Hi axe0
    No problems

    I had done some tests:

    - FurMark Test GPU Stress Test (didn't work)
    - OCCT Test
    - LatencyMon Test ( for latency )
    - Prime95 Stress Test
    - Memtest86
    - Hard Disk Sentinel Test
    - HP UEFI hardware diagnostics
    - HP Hardware Diagnostics

I changed the PSU with one more powerful
I had done 2 in place upgrade repair
    I had updated some drivers
    Never worked anything

When happen the freeze i can only shut down the computer manually and in reliability monitor the critical event says: Windows was not properly shut down"

I take it you have not experienced another BSOD crash since the first post?
No new BSOD since the first post
The last time that freezed was 6 days ago
