Sorry, I was assuming that the diskpart commands make only sense after a successfull SFC-command.
Here are the results from the diskpart command lines:

    By performing a custom install:

    a) files are saved by Windows to Windows.old
    b) a fresh versions of Windows is installed
    c) new drivers are manually installed
    d) new applications are manually installed
    e) important files are restored from Windows.old

    Custom Install Windows 10

How to Restore Files from Windows.old Folder in Windows 10

It takes time for all of the above but there is a clean end point: fresh operating system, drivers, and applications, with restored files

Troubleshooting may not fix the underlying problem(s).

    Lis dis is incorrect.

On your computer view the results of lis dis.

    Report what you see.

    Then exit diskpart.
    Type: wmic logicaldisk get freespace
    Report the results too.

    Compare the two results.

Well. . . yeah, maybe a fresh start is always better. The problem is, I already have been through this all one year ago. And I'm not willing to perform this every year, over and over again. I'm aware however that my hardware is quite old, and I just want to get it running once again before I'll do a complete hardware update.

I really appreciate your efforts for my case and if you would be OK with it, I'd like to proceed with the troubleshooting as far as possible.
