Okay, I disabled auto updates and reinstalled the drivers. Sfc / scannow still found errors it couldn't repair. Here is the CBS.log: File-Upload.net - CBS.log
Thanks for helping me

In admin command prompt copy/paste "DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth" (without quotes), reboot your system and try sfc /scannow again.
Okay, I did what you told me and rebooted. But sfc.exe /scannow still shows damaged files that cant be repaired. Here the CBS.log: File-Upload.net - CBS.log
Please copy/paste this command in admin command prompt "DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /ScanHealth" (without quotes)
It may look like its frozen at 20%, please let it run, it could take quiet a while to finish.
sfc.exe now shows no damaged files (I manually replaced them). I will try the command you posted anyway as I have many other probably update related errors like "error staging metadata" 0x80070490 (source DeviceSetupManager).
