I see a lot of this kind, the tcpip.sys driver is network related.
    Code:
    ffffd000`25a282e0 fffff800`58dfc000 tcpip!Ipv4Global
and a network driver being flagged.
    Code:

Please check your manufacturer, ASUS, for drriver updates for the network.
The network drivers aren't compatible with the new Windows 10 RTM 10586 version.
Pleas check your security software for software updates, they are known for causing problems when it is about the network.

    Please remove following ASUS programs.
    Code:
    Start Menu\Programs\ASUS\AsusVibe	Public:Start Menu\Programs\ASUS\AsusVibe
    Start Menu\Programs\ASUS\PC Link	Public:Start Menu\Programs\ASUS\PC Link

rt640x64 is the Realtek ethernet driver.
Please install the network drivers again to see if that helps.
The other crash is networking related, NETIO.sys is the Network Input/Output System driver.
    Code:
    Probably caused by : NETIO.SYS
    Code:
    0: kd> lmvm rt640x64
    start end module name

Please uninstall everything of Nvidia graphics using Display Driver Uninstaller and install new drivers from your manufacturer ASUS. Be sure the clean install box is checked and only install the Graphics driver and the PhysX driver.

Do I understand it correct that you're not trying my suggestions, because you have already tried it?
