Please disable the Nvidia streaming kernel service / Nvidia Streamer Service if it is there enabled:
    • Search msconfig and open it
    • Go to the tab services
    • Check 'hide microsoft services'
    • Seach the service and disable it
    • Click apply, click ok
    • Reboot if asked

If you still get a bluescreen, please use the tool again and upload the zip file.

    Please check your GPU:

    Diagnostic test

     GPU TEST

Run Furmark to test your GPU. Furmark tutorial

    Note   Note
Run Furmark for around 30 minutes

    warning   Warning
Your GPU temperatures will rise quickly while Furmark is running. Keep a keen eye on them and abort the test if temperatures rise too high

    One more question..
The GPU test .. shall i run it in Win10 or Win7
    Is there a difference?
Cause Win7 runs without any problems.

That I'm aware of there is no difference.
The reason why I suggest the test is because in 1 crash there are marks of only the windows graphic driver but blaming the Nvidia Video driver.
This could mean that there is a problem with Nvidia or with the GPU.

    A short report:

I did the GPU Test in Win7 without any systemchange for around an half hour.
No BSOD or artifacts.. the highest temperature was 76.
    It passed well.

Next i will do after back from work is the following in Win10:

īPlease disable the Nvidia streaming kernel service / Nvidia Streamer Service if it is there enabledī

Then try the GPU Test at this system.

Thx again for your help and the nice progs!

    Me again..

    Win7 GPU Test run.. passed

the Win10.. before i could get into the msconfig.. two BSOD in a row..
after that had enough time and got in.

I disabled: Nvidia Display Driver Service... ( in german this one)
Found no streaming kernel service or else.. i think that is the service?
    Reboot

now running the GPU Test atm.. seems to pass well.. runs now for nearlly 20 Min.

I will mark as solved for now!

If the BSOD comes back again .. (fingerscross) i will report.

Thx for the great help axe0 !!!
