I just installed whocrashed and I have some more information that may assist in this problem, though it is an older dump from before I installed all the updates last week. I am trying to replicate a WHEA bsod to see if it writes.

I just had another bsod which I received a proper report from.
I had a bsod about two weeks ago which resulted in a looped bios restart. I figured I had nothing to lose by reseating the operating system ssd. I don't think it was connected properly. After I reseated it, the computer booted as normal.
Now it seems I am able to get reports so at least we have hard information to go on.

Not sure where to start with this issue apart from memory diagnostic and then seeing if I have any drivers out of date.
