driver irql not less or equa

Hi i have this problem for 2 months now. i get BSOD randomly and i cant find the reason.
    what i have try:
clean windows installation to new ssd.
    all latest drivers.
all official drivers from vendor website.
    memcheck
    new memory
    bios update
    with or without graphic card.
but nothing change and it drives me crazy.
    DRIVER_IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL (d1)
An attempt was made to access a pageable (or completely invalid) address at an
interrupt request level (IRQL) that is too high. This is usually
caused by drivers using improper addresses.
If kernel debugger is available get stack backtrace.
    Arguments:
    Arg1: ffffffff89fddad2, memory referenced
    Arg2: 0000000000000002, IRQL
    Arg3: 0000000000000000, value 0 = read operation, 1 = write operation
Arg4: ffff8b02c77772db, address which referenced memory

Your last five crash dumps were recovered by the logs, four of them are KMODE_EXCEPTION_NOT_HANDLED (1e)
    BugCheck 1E, {ffffffffc0000071, fffff8005a801355, 0, 546f8ceb}

The most recent has an error code:
Error code: (NTSTATUS) 0xc0000071 (3221225585) - The user account's password has expired.

The others could imply problems reading memory addresses.

There is no clear cause and therefore I would recommend doing a test of your RAM using memtest86.

    Please see:
MemTest86 - Official Site of the x86 and ARM Memory Testing Tool
Download the free version and run it twice in succession so that you complete 8 passes.
Any error identified will indicate that your RAM is faulty and needs replacing.

There are some old drivers on your system:
    silabenm.sys Thu May 27 23:13:54 2010 (4BFEEEA2)
    silabser.sys Thu Nov 15 06:10:56 2012 (50A48770)

Do you have any idea what they are there for? They are related to Silicon Labs CP210x USB to UART Bridge Driver

It's a long shot but are there any updates for these?
