Random BSODs mostly during gaming (also during work or surfing)

    Dear All,

my destkop PC is crashing on a regular basis for all kind of BSODs reason codes. Mentioning the last 3 that happened to me:
    -kmode exception not handled
    - kernel auto boost invlaid lock release
    - kernel auto boost lock acquisition with raised irql
    -etc...

It happens more heavily and regularly during gaming and can happen even 2-3 times in row in a 2-3 hours gameplay session. Sometimes it doesn't happen at all, even though I am playing the same games via Steam mainly.
I have been trying to do trouble shooting whenever I had one of these BSODs with the information I could gather in the internet. I have already re-installed my system fully from scratch with formatting all data and freshly installing windows 10. I have also tried several techniques to exclude certain things e.g. not overclocking my RAM anymore to 3200 MHZ (via bios profiles) but leaving it at 2133 MHZ. I have updated all drivers, bios, mainboard kernel drivers, graphical card.
I am running out of ideas and it keeps happening and the BSODs vary.

    My windows version:
    Windows 10 Version 21H2 ( OS Build 19044.1415)

    My VLOG:
    DESKTOP-86PH5FD-(2022-01-09_15-09-10).zip - Google Drive

I would be really thankful if you could help me.
    Thank you in advance,
    Minke.

i think that you are playing online multiplayer games in steam. they have anti cheat. the anti cheat is causing the bsod. uninstall all the games that cause bsod, restart the pc and dont put them back. play only offline games and see what happens

Hardware failure detected running 960K FFT size, consult stress.txt file.

In OCCT I receive a lot of physical core errors:, list is very long and I stopped after a while

Anyone got any idea what could cause it?
I also did test Furmark for 1 hour with no indication of issues.
None of my components neither RAM nor Processor or Graphic Card is overclocked. I really can't tell what I should do here.
    Thanks for your help,
    Minke.

It does look as if your CPU is faulty. Is it in warranty?

Unfortunately, I bought the CPU in July 2019...that more than 2 years..

Check where you bought it from - some CPU warranties are for 3 years.
