The dump files do only list that MediaTek WiFi device driver (mtkwl6ex.sys) as the cause of the system crashes.

Update the driver from here: MediaTek | RT5370

Is that device compatible with my WIFI wireless lan card on laptop? I dont think thats exact device for my WIFI6 MT7921 Wireless LAN card. And if i find driver list on asus website, i already using latest updated for my device serial. But still got this problem. Maybe youve had another solution?

    Thank you

If you have the latest driver, you will want to contact mediatek and provide them with the info to resolve their driver issue.

If you can, you can run an ethernet cable, and then disable the wifi in device manager

Along with the posting instructions, could you also upload the C:\Windows\MEMORY.dmp to onedrive as well and post a share link.

We'll need this memory.dmp file since we don't know whether this driver Freebooter spotted is the only driver, this is a situation where multiple drivers could be contributing to the cause and the files in C:\Windows\minidump are not sufficient in finding that out.
