    BSOD's after upgrade

    Hello,

Lately i've been getting a lot of bsod's after pc upgrade at christmas on both fresh install.
    Win 10 version 21H2 Build 19044.1415
    Log collector

Changed HW: CPU, MB, added 1 ram stick (Kingston one), PSU. No blue screens on old hw as long as i remember.
My first guess would be new ram module but i dont have that much time to run full memtest.

    Thanks for any help.

Edit: bios is up to date, XMP on/off doesn't matter, temps are usually in 50-70 range

Hello AlweR and welcome to TF ,

Try Run SFC Command in Windows 10 and see if any problems found and repaired.

Have you looked at Windows Reliability report and Event Viewer for clues?

I would try running MemTest86 - Download now! overnight when you won't be using the PC anyway to rule out RAM.

Someone else will have to look at your uploaded logs as I don't do that.

I'm getting Access Denied when I try to download your data from Google Drive:

Thanks, was able to download the zip okay that time. Unfortunately looks like MS has not made the symbol files for Win 10 Edu 21H2 19044.1415 available yet so getting a lot of symbol errors.

A fatal hardware error has occurred. Parameter 1 identifies the type of error
source that reported the error. Parameter 2 holds the address of the
WHEA_ERROR_RECORD structure that describes the error conditon.
    Arguments:
    Arg1: 0000000000000000, Machine Check Exception
    Arg2: ffff980810a43028, Address of the WHEA_ERROR_RECORD structure.
    Arg3: 00000000be000000, High order 32-bits of the MCi_STATUS value.

      Status : 0x0000000000000000
Could be caused by RAM or CPU. Remove the new RAM and see if that resolves the problem. If not then most likely a defective CPU.
