Please help me. New prebuilt computer black screens intermittently.

    Hey guys,

I recently bought a prebuilt computer via ibuypower (Gaming RDY SLHBG203)

The computer black screens intermittently throughout general use.
While gaming, the computer black screens without fail.
After black screening 1 of 3 things will happen:
-The black screen will correct itself and I'll find myself on my desktop
-The computer will restart on it's own.
-The computer will freeze and I will need to hard reset.
When the computer reboots, it will occasionally black screen immediately.
If this helps at all, this error code (EVENT ID: 14 nvlddmkm error) was in a log for basically every time this happened:

I thought it had to do with my GPU, so I used DDU and reinstalled the up to date NVIDIA driver.
I reseated both my GPU and RAM.
It originally came with windows 11, which I reset twice; I thought that maybe Windows 11 was buggy since it was so new, so I installed windows 10. [Currently Windows 10 Version 21H2 (OS build 19044.1387)]
Despite doing all this, the black screen still happens.

At this point I don't know what's wrong or what to do, and would really like some help.

    Here are my specs:
    Intel® Core™ i7-11700KF Processor (8X 3.60GHz/16MB L3 Cache)
    16GB [8GB x 2] DDR4-3600MHz RGB
    GeForce RTX 3060 Ti - 8GB GDDR6 (VR-Ready)
    1TB Samsung 980 M.2 PCIe NVMe SSD
    Asrock Z590 WiFi
    600 Watt - 80 PLUS Gold Certified

    When did you buy this.
The reason I ask is, that your best course of action, as soon as this problem became apparent was to refer back to BestBuy

The more you try, such as uninstalling 11 and installing 10 etc, the more chance there is of BestBuy claiming you have done something to cause the problem, whereas IF you had have referred it back to them, as bought, that chance did not exist.

Whilst we can try I urge you to refer the issue back to BestBuy.

The apparent cause being an issue with the Nvidia graphics - perhaps the driver, does NOT mean that is the direct cause of the problem. Such issues can be caused by OTHER than the driver.

    For instance from your logs
    Event[59257]:
    Log Name: System
    Source: Display
    Date: 2021-12-05T09:00:47.9410000Z
    Event ID: 4101
    Task: N/A
    Level: Warning
    Opcode: Info
    Keyword: Classic
    User: N/A
    User Name: N/A
    Computer: DESKTOP-AG0UN71
    Description:
Display driver nvlddmkm stopped responding and has successfully recovered.

The lack of the driver responding as shown, may NOT be a driver issue, it may be an actual graphics card issue.

    EVENT ID: 14 nvlddmkm error
indicates a problem with the NVidia graphics driver or possibly the video card itself.

Every time I start getting intermittent black screens on my PC, I know it's time for me to update the NVidia graphics driver. That usually fixes it.

Its not generally a hardware error but a graphic drive issue other who have had it a clean install works proving its not hardware. If there is no update on makers site reinstall from there site or even an old version I had simliar and older version worked ok
