BSOD/DRIVER POWER STATE FAILURE After Coming Out of Sleep

As per the threat title, my Windows 10 21H2 desktop suffers this BSOD about 2/3 of the time when coming out of Sleep mode. The BSOD only occurs within a few minutes when coming out of sleep; doesn't occur after I restart or shut down the system, nor does it occur when I stress the system. Other than it being a driver problem, I'm stumped as to which the offending driver is. This has been occurring for months now, keep hoping the various driver updates I've done will fix it but still it remains. Appreciate any help anyone is able to provide.

Uninstall the NVVHCI Enumerator device. This is an unnecessary add-on for NVIDIA graphics drivers installed with GeForce Experience (which you can also remove)

The crash dump indicates that the device causing the problems is the Xbox 360 controller/device that you have attached.

    8: kd> !devnode ffff828d2fe4acc0
    DevNode
    0xffff828d2fe4acc0 for PDO 0xffff828d33490430
    Parent 0xffff828d02f5cb50 Sibling 0000000000 Child 0xffff828d323abcc0
    InstancePath is "
    USB\Vid_0955&Pid_b400\1&1651c353&0&01"
    ServiceName is "xusb22"

You could verify that this is the case by unplugging the device and seeing if the problem goes away.
It is likely that a new driver is required. There have been problems before with this Xbox driver.

You both are likely quite right. I use an Nvidia Shield controller that uses NVVHCI and emulates an Xbox 360 controller in Device Manager.

I'm going to take it up with Nvidia next, thank you both for your help.

    Please uninstall: nvvhci

    Code:
    nvvhci	NVVHCI Enumerator Service	c:\windows\system32\drivers\nvvhci.sys

    Code:
     [IRP_MJ_POWER(16), IRP_MN_WAIT_WAKE(0)]
                0 0 ffffb5046b4bbc90 00000000 00000000-00000000
    	       \Driver\nvvhci

    Code:
    > ffffb5046b4bbc90 \Driver\nvvhci ffffb5046b4bbde0 Cannot read info offset from nt!ObpInfoMaskToOffset

My workaround, since uninstalling would break the functionality of my controller, was to turn off Bluetooth before putting the computer to sleep; this disconnects the controller and disables the Xbox 360 controller driver. Coming out of sleep I just re-enable Bluetooth and it all autoconnects, and no BSOD's. Thank you again to everyone who pointed me in the right direction.
