Laptop BSOD Overnight when in sleep mode..?

Microsoft Windows: Version 20H2 (OS Build 19042.1237)
    DESKTOP-GMM0RI9-(2021-11-25_12-24-12).zip

    Hi friends,

Hope everyone is a great day so far!

I am experiencing a problem where I will go to bed, and close my laptop lid (I assume that my laptop goes into sleep mode when I do this, because that is what I have set my power management settings to do, but I am not sure). When I wake up in the morning and resume use of my laptop, its like I have come back to a full reset, all my applications are closed. So I checked the error log and it looks like my laptop is crashing in the middle of the night. Very confusing because how could it crash while it is supposed to be in 'sleep' mode?

Seems the errors are related to an audio issue possibly, I'll leave that up to the professionals though. Attached here is a BSOD log.

The issue appears to be due to graphics card driver, therefore I would suggest looking for a suitable update directly from the nVidia website.

    Code:
    14: kd> lmvm nvlddmkm
    Browse full module list
    start end module name
    fffff801`6d0e0000 fffff801`6f536000 nvlddmkm T (no symbols)

I am updating my nvidia graphics driver now, there was a new driver release about 9 days ago that I missed. I'll post back if the BSOD persists.
