    DPC_WATCHDOG_VIOLATION (133) by athw10x.sys

    Hello !
BSOD in my pc has been occured many times. It has error code , "DPC_WATCHDOG_VIOLATION (133)." I have analyzed that problem with WindDbg and I've found that my wireless driver (athw10x.sys) caused this BSOD. I've tried to update this driver, but it was the last version for my pc. So, what should I do to overcome this problem ?
    Thank you

    Notes :
-My windows version number is 21h1 (10.0.19043)
    - My wireless network is Qualcomn Atheros AR956x (10.0.3.462)

I'm pretty sure the problem is the wireless network driver. Do you still get BSODs if you turn off wifi and connect with a wired ethernet link?

Based on my experience, I still get BSOD when I'm turning off my wifi. But, I've never used wired ethernet link for my laptop's internet uses.

I am seeing a lot of these errors:

    Event[7534]:
    Log Name: System
    Source: VBoxNetLwf
    Date: 2021-11-17T11:46:48.3620000Z
    Event ID: 12
    Task: N/A
    Level: Error
    Opcode: N/A
    Keyword: Classic
    User: N/A
    User Name: N/A
    Computer: LAPTOP-J94P1LUI
Description: The driver detected an internal driver error on \Device\VBoxNetLwf.

This is part of the Oracle Virtual Box software, I believe you are using the latest version but it may need reinstalling or you could try removing it to see if it makes any difference.

Alright, I just already did it. Is there another step to fix this BSOD?

    Hello bigbrian123

The latest crash still indicates the network driver:

DPC Watchdog Captures Analysis for CPU #0.
DPC Watchdog capture size: 108 stacks.
    Number of unique stacks: 1.
    No common functions detected!

The captured stacks seem to indicate that only a single DPC or generic function is the culprit.
Try to analyse what other processors were doing at the time of the following reference capture:

You could try rolling back the driver to an earlier state, or contacting the manufacturer for advice.
