The Speccy Voltages on the +12V rail are real bad. The readings in BIOS are OK. I would tend to believe the BIOS readings. Most software is not real reliable. Please go to Control Panel (Yes, Windows 10 still has it, so far) in Category view > Uninstall a program and post a screenshot (https://www.tenforums.com/tutorials/1...en-forums.html) of all of the programs you have installed. I would like to see if you have any problem programs installed.

Why do you have AMD CCC and Nvidia Graphics drivers? Your System Specs only list an Nvidia card.

Probably when I upgraded the mobo chipset drivers it was part of the package. The chipset for my mobo is the AMD 9 series. The drivers from the manufactures web site was the same chip set drivers but dated 2011. And yes all I do have is an nvidia gtx 960. I did at one point about 4 months ago have An ATI HD 7850 that died. But when it died I bought this current card. But before I installed the new card I did a complete system wipe . Is amd ccc only for gpu? Other than that, that is a good question. Are the amd chipset drivers package supposed to seperate from amd catalyst? This is the update I used.

I don't have an AMD System, but as far as I am aware, Catalyst Control Center is a Graphics function. I'm sure I can find out though.

Yea I would greatly appreciate it if you could find out.

    Update.
From what I have read is that amd ccc is just a suite they use and that the chipset and GPU is indeed separate.

This is the website for your board http://www.jetway.com.tw/jw/motherbo...5&proname=HA18 . But, they do not list drivers by OS and don't say what OS they are for.

Yea I know. They use that AMD chipset drivers. From what I understand is that when you DL the driver from that site it DL's as amd catalyst but dated 2011. Because it is an AMD 9x chipset all the updated chipset drivers are on the AMD website.

The Jetway ha18 chipset is AMD 990x. So the drivers for it is the AMD9x series chipset drivers on the AMD site is how I understand it. With all that there are no errors in device manager except 1 which is microsoft ps/2 that always has a yellow sign but I never use it because I use a wireless mouse.

Is it a Motionjoy? I think I can tell you where to get the driver for it. We get a lot of those Motionjoy drivers blamed in BSODs. But, the Chipset drivers should never carry graphics drivers. There are too many people who use Nvidia cards on AMD Rigs to do that. Nvidia graphics and AMD Graphics drivers do not get along in the same system. The Chipset drivers are no problem.
