    Hi Areu,

I've been busy on other things today so I'm only just looking at your reply.

Good news! The logs show that you successfully rolled back the qcamain10x64.sys driver to an earlier version and this has stopped those particular crashes.

The two crashes that you received yesterday are different. One was caused by Driver Verifier which you may have turned on at some point. Please make sure it is OFF. The following tutorial will show you how to do this:
    (1) Enable and Disable Driver Verifier in Windows 10 | Tutorials (tenforums.com)

The other crash was related to the graphics system. I would try to update/reinstall your Intel graphics driver from the Asus drivers page for your laptop.

    Hi Areu,

Yes, you are quite right, there is an error with the network card itself. This does not always cause a blue screen of death crash but it is being reported in Event viewer.

    These messages were spotted:
Miniport Qualcomm Atheros QCA9377 Wireless Network Adapter, {00a8d935-13b0-427c-8e4f-ba9b71864ada}, had event Fatal error: The miniport has detected an internal error

Qualcomm Atheros QCA9377 Wireless Network Adapter: Has determined that the network adapter is not functioning properly.

This suggests there may be a hardware problem with the network card and it may need replacing. Being as it is a laptop you might need to take it to a repair shop.

Don't forget your laptop may have an ethernet socket for a wired network. This may work fine for you if you can work close to the router.
