    DRIVER_POWER_STATE_FAILURE crash

    hello all,

i am new to this forum, and i would appreciate the help to narrow this problem down.
at this point my msconfig is configured for selective startup as the normal startup isn't working for me now.

V2 log and DM log collector aren't running might be due to company group policies though.

    winver: 20H2 build 19042.1288

anyone can make sense out of this below?

    Thanks for the reply,

i did go through the post other than i was unable to execute the V2 log, just like a mentioned in the post.

its giving me error when running the V2 log collector.

The file C:\Users\id983560\Downloads\V2 log collector 1.11\resources\logger-mod
    ule.psm1 is not digitally signed.

    any advise on this?

The second link has what we are looking for.

Unfortunately, nothing really stands out. The error isnt really helpful, because it doesnt say what driver. The only things i really notice is the following:

10 enterprise, issue could be fixed in an update this version does not receive.
    from gpu.txt:
Name : Citrix Indirect Display Adapter
    DriverDate : 23-1-2019 01:00:00
possible an updated driver for this?
    Name : Intel(R) UHD Graphics 630
    DriverDate : 23-12-2020 01:00:00
same for this one (onboard video)

Can use driver verifier to try to locate what one it is, but please read thru the whole tutorial. I have not used it myself on any machine so i have no personal experience but have seen others posts having difficulty turning off verifier to reboot normally.

Enable and Disable Driver Verifier in Windows 10
At some point others will be along to look now that the files we needed are there :)

its perfectly ok to wait for a second opinion before running verifier

Thank you Tomdsr for the quick reply!

i will start uninstalling and deleting those two from device manager and let windows install de default ones.

    is that a good approach?

can do it that way, but no guarantee microsoft will install the most current.
