Windows 10 won't complete boot after crash! Need some ideas to fix it!

I was playing a game and my system crashed. It didn't showed up a bsod screen, it just freeze.
After that I had to turn it off and when I turned it on again it wont finish boot. When the windows logo and that small running circle bellow it appears it just stucks.

I'm using windows 10 x64 updated to all updates from windows update. I think it is 21H1. The lastest update was about 2 or 3 day ago.

    What I have tried:

I used a usb media installation and find where the windows is really installed (I have change drive letter inside windows when I installed years ago)
I ran chkdsk in windows drive - no errors found.
I ran sfc /scannow correctly and it didn't find any problems. I repeated the process 3 times.
I tried to use system restore to restore the windows to a previous restore point but windows show a message saying it didn't change any files and showed a error code: 0x80070003
I tried other restore points but any of them works.

This page speaks about reparse point. I had some soft link in the same SSD where windows is installed, just to speed some game files. Im not sure if this is the culprit for this error 0x80070003 related to reparse points.

What can I do further to try to make windows finish boot again?

If you have Macrium Rescue Free on another PC then you can make a rescue USB and using the BIOS options boot from the rescued USB select “Fix Boot Problems.” The second PC must be the same boot method (MBR or UEFI) as the damaged PC.

After you get it booting again you should made a backup image using Macrium so that if this happens again you can simple boot to the Rescue USB and in a few minutes restore the working backup image. You find tutorials here on the forum for using Macrium to create and restore backup images.

@SoFine409 Hi- I'm not aware of this:
The second PC must be the same boot method (MBR or UEFI) as the damaged PC.
    - could you clarify? Thanks.

I got another Iso e created another bootable usb flash drive.
I tried to use system restore again and it finished without 0x80070003 error but the windows still won't boot.

Good point, the OP should definitely check the option to create a Rescue USB that will boot from either MBR or UEFI. Good catch.

    @Shadoware

= you can install Macrium R on your (older) PC and then use its option to create its bootable medium.

Then boot your problem PC from that and use the fix boot utility:
#Fix Windows boot issues with Macrium Reflect – Win10.Guru

No guarantees of course, as it depends what's happened to your disk, but worth trying.

I tried to use system restore again

System restore only affects things on C: - if your boot problems lie outside C: it won't help. The above might.
That SR completed indicates your registry is intact, which is good.

Darn! That looks like drive failure or RAM failure. I don't know if re-inserting the RAM sticks will be the solution or not.

Possible.. we'll see. Didn't wish to complicate this at this stage by suggesting using a live boot disk to check the disk and run other tests..

Its very strange. I suspect something like that too.
Im going to make a live linux usb to test the hardware. It seems to me that some driver problem is happening during boot and making the windows crash but Im not sure. I try to configure windows via prompt with install usb, to enter safe mode but is continues to crash during boot.
If I dont find any hardware problem Im going to reinstall Windows because I dont want to waste so much time looking for a fix.
I hate to have to reinstall windows anyway. It brings a lot of work later.
