Windows 10 won't complete boot after crash! Need some ideas to fix it!

    I hate to have to reinstall windows anyway. It brings a lot of work later.
    Which is one very good reason why members here endlessly and tirelessly recommend the routine use of disk imaging e.g. Macrium Reflect (free) + large enough external storage for image files.

    I guess you haven't realised the value of that yet...

    It's some years since a had to clean install Win 10... one PC started with 1511, the other with 1803.

    The problem was faulty RAM module! I ran memteste86 and it detected some fault. I removed one module and the system booted!
