What failed:rtux64w10.sys PLEASE CAN YOU HELP!!! DriverIRQ+KMODEexcept

    Okay ,

So I have attached a dropbox link to the V2 Log Files & a .htm File of the WHOCRASHED System Report.

I have tried nearly every CMD Command , Tried Practically everything. Tried to install Configuration Help from the HP manufacturer. I originally wanted to restore to a previous point in time, but it was having errors.

Please see the link below to some of the methods I have tried to get the restore to work , but with no avail....

I have literally just updated my windows to 10.0.19043 build 19043

Id appreciate it ,if you could help me. thank you so much.

Here is link to the dropbox

Hello Sir , Yes , I am using this https://www.hp.com/us-en/shop/pdp/hp...A2-travel-dock

Because that dock only allows 1 external monitor output, (I have 2) , let me explain.

From the Dock, i have one HDMI connected to a new HP monitor that i got with the laptop (all good)

From the Dock I have an EasyAcc USB 3.0 4 port Hub . On that I have a USB to VGA Benfei Adapter which I used to connect an old Samsung Monitor. For that Benfei adapter to work , I had to install drivers ages ago , back in January 2021 time , So i know for sure it can't be that

Well, if you know for sure what it can or cant be, i'll leave you to sort it out.

In parting, i assume you did not even google that driver it calls out. Would have led you to your likely solution. its the first link if you search

    Hello Sir Tom ,

In a respectful manner, please don't assume.

I have spent lots of hours trying to solve this issue.

I have already Googled vigorously. I already came across this thread. Unfortunately this driver isn't compatible with my specific usb c travel hub. That hub listed is for a G5 hub
