Regular BSOD on start-up from sleep - tcpip.sys/driver_irql...
Looking for some help from you kind people with my regular BSOD problem.
Running Win 10 version 21H1 (OS Build 19043.1202).
CPU: AMD Ryzen 9 3900XT 12-Core Processor 3.79 GHz
GPU: AMD Radeon RX 5700 XT
RAM: 16GB installed
Motherboard: X570 Aorus Pro WIFI
My BSOD typically occurs after start-up from sleep, but also at other seemingly random times. The typical error code is critical failure in tcpip.sys, and/or driver_irql_not_less_or_equal. From perfmon /rel the usual bugcheck code is 0x000000d1 or 0x00000109.
I have thus far:
• reset the IP: netsh int ip reset
• reset power options to default
• updated network driver: Intel® i211 Gigabit Network Connection
• updated wifi Bluetooth driver: Intel® wi-fi 6 AX200 160MHz
• checked network adapters (updated/disabled/restart)
• updated monitor drivers
• updated Citrix
• reinstalled Dropbox
• ran Windows Memory Diagnostic - clear
• ran CHKDSK - clear
Here is the V2 log collector .zip for the latest BSOD (drvier_irql_not_less_than_equal/tcpip.sys; error code: 0x000000d1):
