Correct, and hopefully no game issues or blue screens
Fingers crossed. I do know as far as BSOD goes so far no issues after the update to Adrenalin 21.6.1 Recommended (WHQL) But then to be fair sometimes I can go for days without issues then it pops up again then some days was like it was other day where for a good 12-18 hours over 2 days I was ready to toss the laptop out the window HA HA So I might not know if any of this is resolved until some time passes without a BSOD. But lets keep fingers crossed both work HA HA

I will keep my fingers crossed.

As for the BSOD issue after your initial update recommendation I have not have any issues with regard to BSOD but then to be fair some days it's like it was the other day where for 12-18 hours over 2 days I was ready to toss the laptop out the window and on other days I can go days even a week without issues before the BSOD sprouts it's ugly head again so while I hope this all resolves that issue I might not know until some time has passed without issue.

My belief is the video driver because in the second .dmp file, it calls out ntoskrnl.exe (normal, thats windows itself crashing), and atikmdag.sys (ati video driver)

Yeah I know alot of the times when I crashed I might be watching a youtube or facebook video but weirdly enough I could watch a full length show or movie from a video file on my computer and no issues so weird.

As far as game issues go I revert back to

Radeon Software Adrenalin 2020 Edition 20.9.1

And seems those issues results graphics all rendering properly again. Time will tell if the BSOD is also resolved.

Thanks I'll give this a week or so and see if the BSOD seems resolved or not as I was having issues at least once a week and when I did it seems it came with lot of friends HA HA If this does not resolve it I'll dig up the various screen photos I took with the various stop codes but lets hope it's as simple as the graphics

And sorry the double post weirdly it was not loading the first response so thought I might have hit the wrong button but see it did finally show up HA HA Maybe that post had a BSOD HA HA

OK not responded in a bit but still having BSOD issues.

Now question OK I understand Windows 11 is now out for upgrade. If I upgraded to Windows 11 will that most likely fix these issues I am having being it would be upgrading to a new OS version and such where it would be installing what Windows deems is needed?
