Most often safe mode is unavailable when RE displays disabled.

After completing WDV testing please report whether you can open each:
    safe mode
    safe mode with command prompt
    safe mode with networking

If there are no BSOD after 24 hours then add all customized tests for the remaining 24 hours.

    Please uninstall and reinstall:
    rt640x64.sys
    Realtek RT640 NT Driver

See if you can find a better source than: (otherwise use this source)
Realtek network drivers for RTL8101E and Windows 7 64bit

    Then restart WDV.

Turn off Windows updates of non-Microsoft drivers:

Enable or Disable Driver Updates in Windows Update in Windows 10

See if you can find an older driver for rt640x64.sys.

Uninstall the current driver then install an older driver.

Then restart WDV and run for 36 hours.

I installed the disable windows driver registry and restarted.
I then uninstalled the network drivers through device manager.
I then installed the realtek drivers from here
I then rebooted the computer and am continuing to test with WDV.

Absolutely no freezes or BSOD's for 4 days. So this is good news. What are your next steps? I am about to be unavailable for about a week but when I get back I'll perform the steps. Thanks!

    That's great news.

    You're very welcome.

Make sure WDV was turned off.

Whenever possible please update the progress with the steps in post #61

    Post a new V2.

Well unfortunately the problem came back. I hadn't continued with your last post yet. My computer was still running WDV because I hadn't gotten around to turning it off yet. It had been running for about 5 days straight. Could running WDV for 5 days straight inevitably cause a BSOD?
