Good luck with it I will leave you with zbook
I am sure he will solve this for you.

If he does not I will try and help you further

    ACBel iPower 85 - 550 watt
    LOW QUALITY -
If you have another PSU I suggest you try it.

Are you sure it is a Nvidia 1060 or simply has a Nvidia 1060 graphics chip on the card
As you can see from the various makes offered
    Amazon.co.uk : GTX 1060 3GB
evga or msi or etc 1060 shouldnt matter much, mostly the same card. Nvidia only makes chips, other mfgr makes the cards.

2nd line from the bottom on the table on that power supply:

    Rated power: 438W

I think you get the chicken dinner winner tho. a 550w PSU is 100% inadequate for the system

I've now ran MemTest86 twice for a total of 8 passes. I also took pictures of the finishing results. These pictures and the output txt log file have been copied to my drive which I will have linked below.

I addition I also ran the Tuneup_plus.bat. This output txt file will be attached to the post.

Since I got another BSOD I've also ran the V2 Log Collector again. This log will be inside the MemTest86 folder inside of my google drive.

Google Drive Folder: MemTest86 - Google Drive

I sadly don't have any other PSU's available at the moment. I'am also not sure if my graphics card just has a chip on it either. Is there any way to tell if my graphics card simply just has a chip on it or is the real deal? I will have also attached a txt file from a program called CPU-Z. I believe that this txt file has information about the specs in my PC. I hope that this is going to help but otherwise, just tell me.

Would it be in my favor to replace the PSU? I haven't had any problems with playing games working etc. Could the PSU be causing the BSOD's and if so would replacing it help?

I appreciate all the help given. Thanks again for the exceptional help and support.

Please uninstall all Symantec / Norton software.

    Then use their uninstall tools:
Download the CleanWipe removal tool to uninstall Endpoint Protection
Download and run the Norton Remove and Reinstall tool

Make sure Microsoft Defender is on.

Not at this stage - in respect of buying one
However that PSU is at the lower end of the reliability market and as I said
    ACBel iPower 85 - 550 watt
    LOW QUALITY -

If you have another PSU I suggest you try it.

The apparent range of problems revealed in the logs MAY suggest it is other than software related., and if you could borrow a PSU it is certainly worth a try

First, the bolded part, this is the reply to that part.

Your GPU is authentic. Theres not much for "counterfeits" out there. I checked on its hardware id. From your dxdiag, Device Key: Enum\PCI\VEN_10DE&DEV_1C02&SUBSYS_200B1043&REV_A1. Removing the text separators (code uses & for it here) the part you need to use looking it up is Device Key: Enum\PCI\VEN_10DE&DEV_1C02&SUBSYS_200B1043&REV_A1.

So you would google search "10de 1c02" and the top hit should lead you to VGA Bios Collection: Palit GTX 1060 3GB 3 GB | TechPowerUp

That led me to search google for "Palit" because i had never heard of them, but thats not surprising since we are on opposite side of the globe. i forget what the chips are over there for fish and chips Anyways, that led me to Palit Microsystems Ltd

As for the power supply, id definitely try to get a different one. If you buy one and after a day or two it isnt helping, it could be returned if bought locally?

I've now been using my computer on and off for the past week and days watching movies, doing work, playing games, etc and I have thankfully not had a single BSOD yet. I'm not sure what the problem was, but it seems to have been fixed when I used the uninstall tools that zbook posted. I will probably post here again or make a new thread if it comes back. I will also definitely make sure to upgrade the PSU soon to see if it improves my computer in any way. Would it although be safe for me to reinstall Norton360 and Wallpaper Engine or is it possible to say that these were the source of the crash?

I am nontheless forever thankful to everyone that has posted in this thread and helped me fix the problem.

There were no BSOD since 8/26.
    Looks good.

See if you can wait one more week and monitor using reliability monitor:
Reliability Monitor is the Best Windows Troubleshooting Tool You Aren’t Using

If the computer is stable (no unexpected shutdowns or restarts) then you can reinstall Norton.

The PSU will not improve the performance. It is a low grade PSU but it is in simple terms either working to provide correct voltages within tolerances or it is NOT. A higher grade in quality does not improve performance.

It could have been the remaining bits of Norton, or indeed it could have been as I suggested the apps I suggested you uninstall

INSTALL only one at a time and test for a week or so - otherwise you will NOT know the cause.

see this an additional link to Wallpaper engine problems
Wallpaper Engine crashing | Wallpaper Engine - Troubleshooting & FAQ

IMHO there is no reason to go with Norton when Windows Security Centre and the included Defender will provide all you need.
In fact you may find the general operation of the system smoother without Norton.
