Personally i like to disable auto driver updates because I don't trust Microsoft drivers

Personally i like to use Snappy Driver Installer, etc. if there is no manufacturer website to download

Personally i like to disconnect my internet then i clean install Windows 10 then i disabled auto driver updates then i installed the drivers from manufacturer website (saved on my USB drive) then i connected my internet

The audio interface unit you have is powered by the USB port. Problem is not with audio but most likely power related.
Have you tried a different USB port (or type)? If you have a USB 3.0 or 3.1 port try that as some of these have more power.

Another area to check. In the notification area (lower right), click on the safely remove icon and if this device is listed, remove it there before disconnecting.
