Delete all but the biggest partition on the HDD, if that doesn't help I need you to rerun the V2 log collector and upload a new zip file.

These are the partitions I have. How do I delete the small partitions on the HDD? They are system created partitions which are invisible in explorer but visible in disk management.

    Have a look at this . . .

     Mini Tool Partition Wizard

    About Mini Tool Partition Wizard:

Mini Tool provides users with portable partition software to better configure disk and partitions, bringing brand new user experience and overcoming the many shortcomings in Windows Disk Management.

    Both 32-bit & 64-bit downloads available.

Okay. I'll check out these tools. Those are system created partitions. Is it safe to delete them?

    Hello @archz2,

I would STRONGLY recommend that you create a System Image BEFORE doing ANYTHING, just in case.

You don't see something like this in disk management? (Partition labels are partially Dutch)

If you open the log file, you’ll be shown details of all the tests performed by Startup Repair, with any errors discovered detailed. We can use this information to help diagnose and get to the root cause of the problem.

To open the log file from the Windows Recovery Environment, click and open the Command Prompt. When the Command Prompt is open, type Notepad and press the Enter key to open the Notepad application. The Startup Repair log file is located at:

    Code:
    C:\Windows\System32\Logfiles\Srt\SrtTrail.txt

You will need to navigate to the drive on which you have Windows installed (usually the C: drive) to see the SrtTrail.txt log file.

The logs displayed piracy / crack.

Please post a new V2 after uninstalling piracy / crack.

There are no piracy/cracks installed on my machine. Can you please point out exactly where in the logs you're seeing that?

End users should know about the piracy / crack installed.

    The logs displayed KMS.

    Windows 10 Home Single Language.

    Microsoft Office Professional Plus 2019.

I can see that the logs show a KMS server is being used every 7 days to activate software - most likely the MS Office 2019.

The user will need to explain if this is legal or a workaround. There are some very risky websites offering this type of activation.
