    Analysing those logs is a long job
    Before I spend more time trying to help, at my first look, I found this
    Event[9524]:
    Log Name: Application
    Source: Microsoft-Windows-Security-SPP
    Date: 2021-07-18T20:53:14.7320000Z
    Event ID: 8233
    Task: N/A
    Level: Warning
    Opcode: N/A
    Keyword: Classic
    User: N/A
    User Name: N/A
    Computer: DESKTOP-FC44CRR
    Description:
    The rules engine reported a failed VL activation attempt.
    Reason:0x8007007B
    AppId = 0ff1ce15-a989-479d-af46-f275c6370663, SkuId = d450596f-894d-49e0-966a-fd39ed4c4c64
    Trigger=NetworkAvailable
    so if you are trying to activate Office with a volume licensing key, where please is the Office from
    Is it by any chance some downloaded version from a link other than Microsoft, that tells you it will activate with the provided key.

    I dont have microsoft office installed, if thats what you mean.
    No that is not what I mean with respect
    ================================
    I mean the log reports as I said
    The rules engine reported a failed VL activation attempt.
    which means a failed VOLUME LICENCE activation.

    I read it as Office
    No matter what it is did you attempt to make an activation of software with a volume licence key
    You would have received the report that the activation had failed.

    If you simply assure me that Windows is genuine and other software if any is genuine and there has been no attempts to use any volume licensing key then I will be more than happy to, study the logs and try and help you.

    The only reason I asked is that the report as I posted is from your logs and quite often, BSOD and crashes come from using
    cracked, hacked etc software obtained from doubtful sources.

    Windows is shown as genuine in the logs
    19041.vb_release.191206-1406
    TimeZone : Malay Peninsula Standard Time(GMT+08:00)
    ActiveSkuId : 4de7cb65-cdf1-4de9-8ae8-e3cce27b9f2c
    ActiveSkuDescription : Windows(R) Operating System, RETAIL channel
    Windows 10 Pro 64 bit.

    As I said your simple assurance that the report is wrong and no attempt has been made to activate anything using a volume licence key will suffice.

    Volume licensing is not used for windows 10 or Office on home computers as such
    VLK is a separate entity
    Questionable editions of software be it Windows or Office etc are often sold on the cheap with a Volume Licensing Key.
    That key is then blocked by Microsoft when they realise it has clearly been improperly obtained and "unlawfully" used.

    Thank you for your honesty

    Whilst it MAY be that I have solved the problem
    I uninstalled slack and rainmeter, so far there are no crashes
    I cannot offer any further help even if I have not solved the problem
