BSOD WINDOW 10 1909 Critical-error

Hallo all. i got bsod say "CRITICAL-ERROR" or something like that, after restart everything work fine, just want to check what that bsod cause/come from?

There are no memory dumps so I can't check it. If the BSOD only happened once, don't worry about it

i think my main os ssd is dying, let see if it happen again in a few day or week cus as i remember it happen when i try to compress some file in the this ssd, btw thank you for support.
