Freeze after startup and in installer. Not in Safe Mode

Hello everyone so recently my pc started freezing after like 30 seconds after boot. I went in safe mode and it worked fine and then I put Windows installer on USB. Now when I try to install it either freezes or I get bluescreen saying it will restart. I wiped my drive in BIOS but It did not fix. I am sorry but I cannot post the log because I cannot access anything other than BIOS and installer, which then freezes.

At which point does the installer freeze? After the files have been loaded and during one of the reboots? Make sure you do the clean install and delete all the partitions to start with an empty unallocated drive.

It appears to be time dependant. If I spend a while in BIOS it freezes before 8 can really do anything. It never got past step 2 - Preparing windows files or something. It's in German so.

If it is freezing in BIOS then I really do suspect a motherboard issue. Are there any BIOS updates you can try if you can get it to behave long enough to perform the update?

The picture you showed confirms it is a hardware problem. Machine Check Exception stop code. You may have to try replacing components one at a time until you find the one causing the problem. You may be better off getting a PC repair shop to look at it as they will have all the components on hand to try.

How long was it running in safe mode for? Several hours?

longest was probably 2-3 hours. Normally freezes after 30 seconds. Does not happen in bios either.

So, we would normally like to see a test run of 24 hours or more in Safe mode to be confident it was not hardware.

At the moment all I can suggest is that you try other builds of Win 10 to install such as 1909 or 2004. You can often find these on UUPDump.

Also you did not answer my question on the BIOS version and if there are any upgrades. If it does not freeze in BIOS the upgrade if there is one should be attempted.
