The dump shows that the hibernation file contained or returned corrupt data and so the system crashed. The usual test is to turn hibernation off, reboot and then turn it back on. See here for a tutorial on how to do this. This basically creates a new hibernation file and gets rid of any corrupt data. The problem is knowing what caused the corruption in the first place. You would be advised to check the system disk for any problems by running a disk diagnostic check such as HD Tune.

    Code:
    INTERNAL_POWER_ERROR (a0)
The power policy manager experienced a fatal error.
    Arguments:
Arg1: 000000000000010e, The disk subsystem returned corrupt data while reading from the
    	hibernation file.
    Arg2: 000000000000000a
    Arg3: 000000000000acab, Incorrect checksum
    Arg4: 000000000000fcbb, Previous disk read's checksum

The hard disk is used for storing the hibernation file. If there is a problem with the hard disk it could be corrupting the hibernation file either when it is being written or when it is being read which then causes the blue screen.

If I turn off the hibernation, will it solve the blue screen problem?

Turning it off may work. That would be worth trying if the method I gave you to recreate the hiberfile does not work.
