Still nothing conclusive, lets see if there is something in these logs. If your browser or AV complain, it is a false positive.

Please download Farbar Recovery Scan Tool and save it onto your Desktop. If your default download location is not your Desktop, drag it out of it's location onto the Desktop.
    Download Farbar Recovery Scan Tool
If we have to run Farbar more than once, refer this SS.

Note: You need to run the version compatible with your system. If you are not sure which version applies to your system download both of them and try to run them. Only one of them will run on your system, that will be the right version.
Double-click to run it. When the tool opens click Yes to disclaimer.
    Press Scan button.
It will make a log (FRST.txt) on the Desktop.
The first time the tool is run, it makes also another log (Addition.txt) on the Desktop.
The logs are large, upload them using this. No time delays/Captcha-I'm not a Robot/account/registration needed. Give us the links please.

Ok, got them, here are the next steps, whilst I'm going through the new logs.

Extract from your Event logs. Do one at a time & test.
    "Description:
The following boot-start or system-start driver(s) did not load:
    dam
    http://revertservice.com/10/dam/"

    "Log Name: System
    Source: Microsoft-Windows-DistributedCOM
    Date: 14/06/2021 7:02:18 AM
    Event ID: 10016
to the user DESKTOP-6KHEBOF\Steven SID (S-1-5-21-3572946782-47499781-3206882523-1001) from address LocalHost (Using LRPC) running in the application container Unavailable SID (Unavailable). This security permission can be modified using the Component Services administrative tool."
    Have you?

    Hey Mate,

Not sure what you wanted me to do with this

Extract from your Event logs. Do one at a time & test.
    "Description:
The following boot-start or system-start driver(s) did not load:
    dam
http://revertservice.com/10/dam/" this link goes nowhere? it also seems to be an ongoing fault that microsoft hasn't fixed, seems to be related to phones/tablets with touch screens?

No have haven't modified anything with any component services admin tools

I have uninstalled trend micro using the uninstall tools

Yes the power supply is new, its a Corsair HX1000 1000W High Performance Power Supply

Yes I fitted the CPU and I have checked it, we were using a liquid metal thermal paste. I have reseated the cpu and made sure the paste was good.

I have also reseated the memory just to be sure.

Its a weird fault as I was gaming yesterday for a good 10 hours or so all day and no problems, its only when I leave the computer on overnight it seems to crash.

So in summary I have just uninstalled trend micro and will go from there, the cpu/memory stuff was done before I ran out of options and started looking for a fix online.

After you have finished doing the above & tested ( small steps so we know what caused the problem ) do this.

Copy & Paste the text below ( starting CreateRestorePoint: ) save it into Notepad on your Desktop & name it fixlist.txt
NOTE: It is important that Notepad is used. The fix will not work if Word or some other program is used.
NOTE: It is important that both files, FRST64 and fixlist.txt are in the same location or the fix will not work.
NOTICE: This script was written specifically for this user, for use on that particular machine. Running this on another machine may cause damage to your operating system.

    CreateRestorePoint:
    emptytemp:
    closeprocesses:
    AlternateDataStreams: C:\Users\Steven\AppData\Local\Temp:$DATA [16]

Open FRST64 and press the Fix button just once and wait.
If for some reason the tool needs a restart, please make sure you let the system restart normally. After that, let the tool complete its run.
When finished FRST will generate a log on the Desktop (Fixlog.txt). Please Copy & Paste the contents into your reply.
    Refer these SS if needed.

    "Got this from DAM"
    Google that failure.

    - - - Updated - - -

    Extract from the web page.
"The dam service is using the dam.sys file that is located in the %WinDir%\system32\drivers folder. If the file is changed, damaged or deleted, you can restore its original version from Windows 10 installation media."

    Or run SFC.

Restored the dam.sys file, I can't see the error in event log now so that seems to have worked. I will not change anything else and see what happens over night.

    Cheers
