New computer: WHEA_UNCORRECTABLE_ERROR / maybe others

I just got a new computer and I have severe stability issues. The last few BSODs I got I did not even get to see, it was rendering the blue screen but computer restarted before that. Sometimes it doesn't even try painting the blue screen, the screen just goes black and computer restarts. One BSOD was stuck at 0% collecting information for a long while and I restarted it manually. It seems that none of these produced any dumps.

I get these BSODs extremely often - in a matter of minutes. They are seemingly random, but I noticed that they occur more often when I do some file related operations.

What I could see sometimes is that I get a WHEA_UNCORRECTABLE_ERROR. I'm not sure if there were other types of errors, as I could not see them.

    Windows 21H1 (19043.1052)

    Please help

Somewhat suprisingly prime 95 ran for a couple of hours with no issues. I stopped it figuring that will be enough and went about my business with the computer and then I got a BSOD. Then the next one, then black screen and restart, failed to get into windows a couple of times and to top it off it failed to POST (I forgot to mention that in my original post, but failing to POST is also a regular occurence)
I have not run OCCT yet, and am about to do that, but I am replying because I did get some BSODs and they were captured. Perhaps there will be some useful information there. See DESKTOP-D90EPAE-(2021-06-13_16-53-46).zip

POST issues: x570 Aorus PRO motherboard has 4 indicators: BOOT, DRAM, CPU, VGA. When it failed to POST, the DRAM indicator LED was on, it would switch to CPU for a split second and then go back to DRAM. Not sure if that last detail is relevant or not.
    From gigabyte manual:
If the CPU/DRAM/VGA LED is on, that means the corresponding device is not working normally; if the BOOT LED is on, that means you haven't entered the operating system yet.
There is a single stick of ram installed. I ran memtest for a whole day and it ran without any issues.
Due to these black screens + restarts and having faced a similar issue at one time, I put in an old spare GPU. Just to at least be able to cross one item off the list.

I'm starting to wonder if there is perhaps an issue with the motherboard.
