    BSOD your system ran into a problem and needs to restart


    I have windows 10 64 bit pro
    with intel i7 6700k and a gigabyte motherboard z170x Gaming 5
    16 gb of Ram
    Seasonic RM Powersypply 750 watt
    and sapphire r9 390 video Card
    i noticed a blue screen and then seconds after my system was rebooted
    BSOD your system ran into a problem and needs to restart Attached Files

    Thanks for answering
    i was running this same f4 bios version for the past 4 years with no bsods do you think this bios version is what caused my bsod this time ?

    Hi, yafatana.

    Bad contact of memory or display card or bad sectors hdd could cause BSOD in my experience.

    Please you reseat memory or display card and then tried again.

    Definitely update the system BIOS as @MrPepka mentioned.

    Are you doing any over clocking? If yes, restore everything to nominal and see what that does for you.

    Worst case you may have to replace the CPU or motherboard.
