    Hi Jigen ,

    1) Find replacement software / drivers > uninstall or uninstall and reinstall:
    dpclat_driver.sys
    Focusriteusb.sys

    2) Uninstall: Driver Booster 8

    3) Upgrade the BIOS: BIOS Version/Date AMI A0.13, 29/09/2016 > A0.14

    https://support.hp.com/us-en/drivers...-2?sku=Y0Z83EA

    Code:
    FocusriteUSB.sys Tue Jan 9 06:47:56 2018 (5A54D61C)
    Code:
    dpclat_driver.sys Mon Jan 12 04:06:38 2015 (54B3B8CE)

dpclatency was only on the desktop, so i deleted

    2) Uninstalled

    3) Upgraded

At the start the pc is slow, and all the icons puts some time to charge (they are all white)
I had also a freeze, i was unable to make anything so i restarted the pc with the power button

    1) Run:
Tuneup.bat - Click here to go to the BSOD batch repository to download and run this batch file.

    2) Place the computer in clean boot:
Perform a Clean Boot in Windows 10 to Troubleshoot Software Conflicts

    3) Troubleshoot other problems with Focusrite uninstalled > install newest software / drivers at a later time

    4) What was dpclat_driver.sys related to?

Download and install: HP UEFI Hardware diagnostics version 8.1.0.0
    https://www8.hp.com/us/en/campaigns/.../pc-diags.html

Plan to run the diagnostics overnight in loop until error.
The next day if it has made two or more loops click esc > take pictures of the tests performed with results > post images into the thread

Many of the component tests are interactive.

Click component tests > run all audio tests > post images of tests performed with results > run any other component tests as needed

I ran Tuneup.bat 3 times cause the pc freezed during the processes

    2) Done (I did only the part one of the guide)

    3) Ok zbook

    4) I think was related to Thesycon's Dpc Latency Checker
When i downloaded, to use it i didn't have to install it, i only double clicked on the icon

I have a question about the diagnostics, do i have to run it overnight or i can run it right now?

The end user cannot use the computer while the HP UEFI hardware diagnostics are running so it is run overnight.

If the HP UEFI hardware diagnostics pass then you can also download and install HP diagnostics Windows version 1.6.8.

Getting support using the HP PC Hardware Diagnostics Failure ID code
If a test fails, you can use the supplied QR code to contact HP with information about the issue.

Ok so do I have to run the verifier?

    Edit:
I have re-test the Usb component , zero error
I have also run Blue screen viewer to check the last BSOD, I found that the problem was caused by "ntoskrnl.exe"
I have a question: there is a way to analyse the freeze state? cause i can't found any error about it, the only thing i found is in Reliability Monitor but it said "Windows was not properly shut down"

Learn how to use the Windows Recovery Environment (RE) commands: reset and bootmode to turn off the tool

Enable and Disable Driver Verifier in Windows 10
    https://answers.microsoft.com/en-us/...3-c48669e4c983

Windows driver verifier is designed to stress test drivers.

If there are misbehaving drivers the computer will crash.

If dump files are created they can be debugged.

Misbehaving drivers are then uninstalled or uninstalled and reinstalled.

The tool is run for approximately 48 hours and then an additional 36 hours after the last BSOD.

If there are no further BSOD this concludes the use of the tool.

After each BSOD you must turn off the tool in order to return to the desktop.

Learn the Windows RE commands reset and bootmode.

These are run in safe mode or safe mode with command prompt.

In case these fail the next option is system restore.

If system restore fails you can restore a backup image or use registry commands.

Start the tool with the 3 customized test settings in the Ten Forums link.

Increase the simultaneous customized test settings by 3 - 5 / hour up to the 19 customized test settings in the Microsoft link.

There can be performance problems and / or slow boot while using the tool.

If necessary the customized test settings can be modified.

    Summary:
    a) make a new restore point
    b) test all non-Microsoft drivers
    c) test no Microsoft drivers
    d) after each BSOD use the reset command to turn off the tool
    e) if the reset command does not work then use the bootmode command
    f) only if both reset and bootmode command fail to turn off the tool then use restore
    g) start with the 3 customized test settings in the Ten Forums link
    h) increase the customized test settings up to the 19 customized test settings in the Microsoft link
    i) report any performance problems or very slow boot so that the customized settings can be modified
