Open file explorer> this PC > C: > in the right upper corner search for: C:\Windows\memory.dmp
    > if the file size is < 1.5 GB then > save to the downloads folder > zip > post a separate share link into the thread using one drive, drop box, or google drive

    Code:
    LastWriteTime Size (MB) FullName
    ------------- --------- --------
    12/6/2021 6:16:17 PM 683.65 C:\WINDOWS\MEMORY.DMP

Run the HP UEFI hardware diagnostics overnight using the prior method:
extensive > loop until error > take pictures of the tests performed with results > post images or share links

Perform an in place upgrade repair with the iso that was downloaded to the desktop:

Using administrative powershell (PS) please run:

    Code:
    Compress-Archive -Path "$env:homeDrive\Windows\MEMORY.DMP" -DestinationPath "$env:homeDrive$env:homePath\Desktop\Memory_dmp"

@zbook, next time you may ask a user to run the following line, which works on both PowerShell and Command Prompt.

    Code:
    PowerShell Compress-Archive -Path "$env:homeDrive\Windows\MEMORY.DMP" -DestinationPath "$env:homeDrive$env:homePath\Desktop\Memory_dmp"

PowerShell has been added at the beginning.
It will tell both PowerShell and Command Prompt to run it as a PowerShell command.

Which method were you able to use to collect the memory dump?

    Uninstall and reinstall: rtwlane02.sys
    Realtek RTL8188EE 802.11 bgn Wi-Fi Adapter

    Restart WDV.

    For any BSOD:

    a) run the V2 log collector to collect new log files

    b) open file explorer> this PC > C: > in the right upper corner search for: C:\Windows\memory.dmp
    > if the file size is < 1.5 GB then > save to the downloads folder > zip > post a separate share link into the thread using one drive, drop box, or google drive

    or run:

    I have some questions zbook:
    a) How can i reinstall the driver rtwlane02.sys, is that automatic?
    b) For the Driver Verifier, i have to do the same as the prior method or i test 0x00020000 DDI compliance checking only ?

    Thanks for everything

The last BSOD had all WDV customized tests except:
    (0x00000004) Randomized low resources simulation

It's hard to find some Realtek drivers.
See what you can find from HP or Realtek.

    I Uninstalled Realtek RTL8188EE 802.11 bgn Wi-Fi Adapter

I had a BSOD with the WDV:
driver verifier detected violation, the element causing the issue was: "bcmwlhigh664.sys"

I tried to to disable the tool from command prompt in Windows RE but this time it didn't work with the commands

    - verifier /reset
    - verifier /bootmode resetonbootfail

So i used the Restore point done today before the execution of the tool
After the Restore, the PC updated itself

After the repair of yesterday the PC didn't freeze one time
