yea right xD , this cause the BSOD ..
never heard of a bsod caused by a license key .
the bsod happen when license key was proper installed but ,
as mentioned i formated the hdd there for there was no license key attach to it , i could not retrieve my old one because of the crashes and freezes .
i was previously asking what does the minidumps says and the logs regarding the crash .

today i have changed the thermopads for both sides .
and put a new thermal past .
run a cpu stress for 13min.
cpu reached to 100c! and didnt crash or freezed .
after 13min i stopped , cpu went back down to 50-59~ , and after 1-2min it freezed , with out any explanation .
needless to say that cpu stress (prime95) test didnt had any issue
i sent the device back to intel (warranty)

(to be honest , i did want to know what caused the problem or at least what the minidumps are saying what was the root of the problem . )
this can be closed,
the device as been replaced via intel (was under warranty) .
same hardware was used and everything works properly , so probably the cpu was faulty or something else .
what i can say is the intel support warranty was AMAZING! ,
they issued a DHL RMA ticket , DHL came to the location selected picked the pc from me sent it abroad for replacement , when they received less then a day untill they sent a new one
