    Whether or not either entry reflects the use of unlicensed software - I am not so sure.
    It is zbook that raised the issue, so it is only proper that he and not I - respond to your queries.

    However as you have decided as below
    I will never post again here, ask for help, tenforums use to be good, now so many rude people.
    I still stand firm that I will not post in these forums again, not because of you or jmatt, you two helped me a lot.
    perhaps there is little point in him doing so, that is his decision.

    I do not think the site wishes to lose a member and I would urge you to reconsider. I feel sure the matter can be sorted out.
    But not of course if you are definite in your decision and are not going to respond.

    I visit TenForums because the people here are much politer than those on the Chinese forum I used to visit.

    I had a similar issue recently (BSOD), and it persisted even after a repair upgrade (no more BSOD, but the system would freeze). The problem finally disappeared after I set the system optimizer in Wise Care to default settings.
