Temporarily disable KASPERSKY ( Windows Defender which is what I use, will kick in ) Test to see if you still have problems.
How To Temporarily Disable Your Anti-virus, Firewall And Anti-malware Programs - Security Mini-Guides

    File not signed
what does File not signed mean windows 10 - Google Search
Ok it is disabled. The reason I stop using defender is because few years back I got a ransomware infection, (GandCrab 5.0.3) from a legit site downloading winrar, I contacted them and they have sense removed it, even refereed me to bitdefender noransomware site, after investigating they were able to create a decryption program for me and I got my files back and THEY recommended to use 3rd party AV as windows defender sometimes doesn't catch ransomware in time, my windows defender did it not catch it in time to stop it it wasn't till after I got screen saying my files were encrypted that win10 defender alerted me to said infection. Why I won't use it alone anymore. But for testing I have like I said disabled KASPERSKY.

Anything I should do? To reproduce these errors? Could KASPERSKY be the reason for errors in events or cause of my BSOD or freezing? If needed I can remove KASPERSKY do setup repair and not reinstall KASPERSKY, I just won't download anything LOL

3rd party AV's are a common cause of problems, just test with it disabled for now, small steps.

Well I played ark survival for 1 1/2 hours no BSOD or freezing, however after I disabled KASPERSKY and I also cleared my events, in the couple hours that KASPERSKY was disabled I got TONS of errors, same with medic service, I counted 15 before I stop counting and now The server {9EA82395-E31B-41CA-8DF7-EC1CEE7194DF} did not register with DCOM within the required timeout. ALSO they are in pairs (DCOM 10010 then service control manger 7023) all the way through my last 2 hours of events all happening at same second one reports there is other. Can this DCOM error be causing the medic service to be denied and error?

Here is screen shots of a few clusters, I mean my event log is like 95% of these errors and few other events of system doing things, non errors.

Your logs also show that, saying access is denied. That is normally a Permissions problem. Lets get this side of things sorted out & test again.

Copy & Paste the text below ( starting CreateRestorePoint: ) save it into Notepad on your Desktop & name it fixlist.txt
NOTE: It is important that Notepad is used. The fix will not work if Word or some other program is used.
NOTE: It is important that both files, FRST64 and fixlist.txt are in the same location or the fix will not work.

It's still throwing errors. This is just 13 mins after it rebooted from running your script.

    Still receiving BSOD-screenshot_11.png

I think I am going to wait till I get new PSU tomorrow or Friday and install this win10 20h2 I used to do setup repair that the other poster said to try. I am losing my mind search trying things, it is driving me crazy. I never had any problems with win10 install, tweak and im off.

My first image I did was 2 year build with incremental updates. Only problems I have had is trashy MS updates breaking my system, that why now I run that script to block auto updates so I can research an update or CU to make sure it doesn't break my system.

I do thank you for your time and effort and kindness you have shown in trying to fix this, I just don't know what else to do.

    Next step.

Disable your antivirus program before running Windows Repair.

    Run Windows Repair
Right click on the exe & click on > Run as administrator.
Go straight to Repairs in Safe mode with Networking, as per my screenshot.

OK I will try this as well, I did see this program in my searches and passed on it as I have never found these type of programs to work. But I will try since you seem to know your stuff.

OK it ran did its thing, rebooted. There doesn't appear to be the error of the medic service but now I have ton of another error.
The Browser service failed to start due to the following error:
The service did not respond to the start or control request in a timely fashion.

A timeout was reached (30000 milliseconds) while waiting for the Browser service to connect.
